Interior design for your new-build apartment — with drawings your crew can follow exactly

Layout, furniture, electrical, plumbing — all in clear drawings any renovation crew understands. Yerevan.

Risks

Why renovating without a plan is risky

Free options look like savings. Here's where they usually fall short.

  1. The crew's standard solution

Quick, but generic. The specifics of your layout often get ignored.

  2. A picture from Pinterest or AI

The crew says "that's impossible" — and you have nothing to argue with: no dimensions, no diagrams.

  3. The developer's turnkey finish

Quality is often lower than expected, and the apartment looks like everyone else's.

  4. Copying someone else's interior

Looks great in photos, but doesn't work with a different layout and lifestyle.

A design project costs less than redoing a renovation.

Drawings

What your crew gets

A set of drawings to work from — no guesswork. Tap a drawing to enlarge it.

  • Floor plan

Walls, openings and room sizes — the crew sees exactly what goes where.

  • Furniture layout

Furniture to scale — you see walkways and comfort before work starts.

  • Electrical

Sockets, switches and their heights — the electrician never guesses.

  • Plumbing points

Water and drain points with exact positions — fixtures fit where planned.

  • Lighting

Fixtures, circuits and lighting scenes — no dark corners.

About me

Nelli Panov

I'm Nelli, an interior designer based in Yerevan. I work with apartments in new buildings — from the first layout to a complete set of drawings.

I hold a degree in interior design, so to me a project means precise drawings first. A beautiful picture matters, but renovations are built from dimensions and diagrams.

My goal is for you and your crew to understand each other — and for the result to match what you imagined.

Education

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does a project cost, and what affects the price?

Pricing is per square metre: a layout is 2,000–3,000 AMD/m², a full project is 10,000–15,000 AMD/m². The total depends on the area, complexity and the set of drawings.

How long does it take?

A layout takes 2 days. A full project usually takes 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the area and how quickly decisions are agreed.

Will my crew understand the drawings?

Yes. The drawings include dimensions and reference points — any crew, electrician or plumber can read them.

Do you need to visit the apartment?

On-site measuring gives the most accurate dimensions — in Yerevan I come in person. If you have the developer's floor plan, we can start from that.

Can I order just the layout?

Yes. A layout in 2 days is a separate service. You can order the full project later.

How does payment work?

Payment is in stages: an advance before work starts and the rest when the drawings are handed over. We'll discuss the details when we talk.
